Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once the order is placed through our website, the dispatch process starts and our logistic team constantly works towards reducing the delivery period for your comfort and convenience. The details of which are provided to you at the time of placing your order.
Once the order is placed CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
Our cancellation policy has the following exceptions:
- The order CANNOT BE CANCELLED, IF IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED FROM THE STORE/WAREHOUSE.
- NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ENTERTAINED for those products that Kaladhar Sarees and Fabrics marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- NO CANCELLATION is provided on items under discounted prices.
Note that there is NO ONLINE TOOL, as of now. For cancellation of orders and it can only be done by directly reaching us through the number at our website.
The apparels booked first go through a process of proper checking. That we do personally, after which it is shipped to you. As customer satisfaction and happiness are of prime concern to us. We make sure that the products being shipped, are free from defects, and the best of the lot.
– Before dispatching, we thoroughly check the fabrics/sarees to ensure that it is not defective.
Once the package is received by you, we request you to record a complete video . A Video of receiving, opening and checking of the package.
If you see any damage send us the video we will replace that for you. We have also Refund policy incase if you want refund instead of replacement. There won’t be an exchange with respect to the color or designs.
Kaladhar Sarees and Fabrics will refund within 7 business days of the products once the issue has come to our notice. There are two options to choose from, either replacement or refund. Refund will be made through PayU mode.
